- Disconnect the device from the PC.
- If experiencing a problem, hold the device’s pushbutton for approximately 30 seconds to reset it. All four lights will light up simultaneously with a short audible tone.
- Visually inspect the connection port to check if it has been pushed into the device.
- If the connection appears normal, reconnect the cable and verify if the connection with the device is stable or loose.
- The device should recognize the connection.
- If the USB port seems pushed into the device or the connection is loose, contact the team via email at diagnosticstech@vertice.co.za to report a possible faulty device.
