- Select Patient profile
- View the bottom of the page
- Click on the icon to allocate a Holter device (Mandatory)
- Select the serial number from the dropdown and click "Allocate Selected Device"
- Note: Only devices allocated to your practice will be shown. If it doesn’t reflect, the device is currently allocated to another patient or not assigned to your practice, see point 5.
- Ensure at least 24 hours between registration and EDF upload. Otherwise, the portal will require you to acknowledge the deviation from the correct workflow to override and force the file upload.
- The system will not allow you to have two devices allocated to one patient at any given time.
- Complete this step before hooking up the device.
- It will now display in the patient profile under devices.
